Emma Shows - Bookkeeper
Emma has worked for RealtySouth for over 10 years. Before coming to the Shelby Office, Emma was the Office Manager for the Rocky Ridge Branch for 8 years. As a former Realtor herself, Emma intimately understands what it takes to process contracts and closings (and generally fix all of our messes!) and loves her job as the"guardian angel"of all of the deals that pass through the Shelby Office.
Originally hailing from Jackson, MS, Emma attended the Univeristy of Oklahoma where she majored in mathematics. She has been married to her husband Robert for almost 31 years and they have two daughters, one son, one grandson Brendan and one granddaughter Julie (not to mention their Akita named Kippi). In her free time, Emma enjoys reading, cross stitching, woodworking and sewing but her favorite thing in the world is spending time with her grandchildren!
Joyce Lynn - Office Staff
Joyce joined the RealtySouth Shelby office in November 2006. Real Estate has been a part of her life since 1980, when she and her family moved to Shelby County. It was then that she began her career in residential construction.
Joyce enjoys traveling and if she is not at work or on the road, you will most likely find her out shopping with her beautiful granddaughters, Megan and C.J.
Keat Litton - Broker-In-Training, Associate Broker
Keat has lived in the Shelby County and Over the Mountain areas of Birmingham his whole life. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Education in 2000 and started in real estate with RealtySouth in 2001. He’s married to Allison and they have a daughter, Laine, and a golden retriever, Putter. In his time spent away from real estate, Keat likes to spend time with his family and friend, play golf, and do anything associated with Auburn sports.
Lisa Justice - Associate Broker, Real Estate Instructor
Lisa is a life long resident of Birmingham Alabama. She attended Jacksonville State University. She worked for Alabama Power Company in Division Accounting before receiving her Sales Person's license in 1993. She sold residential real estate her first seven years for First Real Estate and has been at the Shelby Office since 1999. She received her CE Instructor's license in 2005, Brokers license and Instructor's License in 2006 for pre-license and post-license. She is currently licensed to teach sales' persons' pre/post license, broker's pre/post license, and both Risk Management CE and Risk Management for Property Owners CE.
She lives in Columbiana and has one child, Wesley who is a college Sophmore. She was married to her late husband Bill for 25 years who passed away in 2006.
